4.5 cl Siegfried Gin
6 cl Carrot juice
2 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cl Sugar syrup
2 Bar spoon Chartreuse green
1 pinch Sea salt
Garnish Celery

Preparation:

Shake everything on ice and strain into a chilled glass through a fine sieve. Garnish is optional, we recommend celery.
