4 cl Siegfried Gin
5 cl Pandan extract (available in Asia Shops)
1.5 cl Sugar syrup
1 cl Freshly squeezed lime juice
10 cl Green tea (hot)
Garnish Pandan leaf

Preparation:

Prepare green tea according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a teapot and serve hot in tea bowls.

Warm the pandan extract slightly so that it is easier to portion.
