5 cl Siegfried Wonderleaf
2.5 cl Lemon balm syrup
0.5 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 cl Verjus Sparkling (e.g. Fischer Verjus Frizz)
Garnish Fresh mint

Preparation:

Shake Wonderleaf, lemon juice, & lemon balm syrup on ice and double strain into a champagne bowl on ice cubes. Then top up with Verjus, stir gently and garnish with mint.

If you don’t have a shaker at home, you can use a canning jar or a tin with a lid instead and strain the drink with the help of a small kitchen strainer.
