Sloe Gin Fizz

Complexity
Alcohol 11% by volume (14.1g per serving)
Tools needed Shaker
5 cl Sloe Gin
3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl Sugar syrup
1 Dash Soda
Garnish Lime/lemon zest

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake on ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with soda.

Prepare with an egg white – this improves the texture considerably and harmonises the drink. In this case, the drink is called Sloe Gin Silver Fizz (a gin fizz with ice white is called a silver fizz). By the way, you can also see the Sloe Gin Silver Fizz in the photo.
