5 cl Wonderleaf
3 cl Italicus
2 cl Dry Vermouth
1 cl Williams pear
2 cl Verjus
Garnish Pear / Lemon Zest

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill it with ice. Now stir everything with a long spoon until the glass fogs up. Strain the drink into the glass using a strainer. You can garnish your drink with a lemon wedge, which you press together briefly over the rim of the glass and then place in your drink.
