Enjoy Siegfried Gin neat (no ice) or as a G&T with a premium Tonic Water or as a cocktail.
Wonderleaf is enjoyed best with a premium Tonic Water or as a cocktail. You shouldn’t drink it neat.

Asian Cherry

5cl Wonderleaf
5cl Cherry Blossom Tonic (Thomas Henry)
5cl Jasmine Tea (cold)

Bew jasmine tea and let chill. Put ice cubes a balloon glass and
add Wonderleaf and Tea. Add the Tonic Water and stir gently.
Garnish (optional): Dried blossoms

A Wonderleaf A Day

6cl Wonderleaf
1/4 green Apple
2cl Lavender Honey
3cl fresh Lemon Juice
2cl Egg white (optional)

Squash the apple in a shaker. Add the remaining
ingredients and shake on ice. Strain into an
ice cube filled glass. Garnish (optional):
Eucalyptus leaves, green apple

Runda Holunda

6cl Wonderleaf
20cl Elderflower Tonic (e.g. Fever Tree)
Pinch of Sea Salt Flakes

Put ice cubes and Wonderleaf in a highball glass and top
with tonic water. Add a pinch of sea salt flakes. Garnish:
(optionnal): Red pepper berries / lemon grass

Wonderleaf Aperitivo

5cl Wonderleaf
1 bottle “San Bitter” (0,98ml)
2cl Pomegranate Juice

Put Wonderleaf and pomegranate juice in a balloon glass
filled with ice cubes and add San Bitter.
Garnish (optional): Rosmary / orange zest

Low-groni

6cl Wonderleaf
3cl Red Vermouth
2cl Campari

Stir all ingredients on ice and strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.
Garnish (optional): Dried orange slice or orange zest

Wonderleaf Avocado Smash

6cl Wonderleaf
1/4 fresh Avocado
1,5cl Apricot Brandy (non-alcoholic: apricot juice)
3cl fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch of Sea Salt

Squash avocado in a Shaker and add remaining ingredients.
Shake on ice and strain into a pre chilled Coupette. Garnish (optional):

Garden Martini

4cl Wonderleaf
4cl Dry Vermouth
3 dashes Celery Bitters

Stir all Ingredients on ice and strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish (optional): Dried tomato / lemon zest

Wonderleaf Sprizz

5cl Wonderleaf
2cl Mandarin Juice
1 bottle Crodino (100ml)

Put Wonderleaf and mandarin juice in a balloon glass filled with ice cubes
and add Crodino. Garnish (optional): Grapefruit zest / fresh mint

Wonderleaf Basil Smash

6cl Siegfried Wonderleaf
2cl fresh Lemon Juice
2cl Sugar syrup
10-15 Basil Leaves

Put basil leaves and lemon juice in a shaker and squash with
a muddler. Add Wonderleaf and sugar and shake on ice. Strain
into a pre chilled cocktail glass.

Wonderboy

4cl Wonderleaf
14cl Tonic Water (e.g. Mediterranean from Fever Tree)
1cl Aperol

Put Wonderleaf and Aperol in a balloon glas filled with ice cubes.
Add tonic water and stir gently. Garnish: Orange zest

Triple Orange Gin Tonic

5cl Siegfried Gin
1 tbl spoon Orange Marmelade
1-2 dahes Orange Bitters
Orange zest
20cl Tonic Water

Put gin, orange bitters und orange marmelade in a balloon glass and stir.
Add ice cubes and top with tonic water and orange zest.

Bittersweet Symphony

500ml Ginger/sea ​​buckthorn Fruit Tea
5cl Siegfried Gin
5cl Red Vermouth (e.g. Martini Rubinio)
2cl Aperol
1,5cl Sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Brew a pot of tea and add other ingredients. Serve hot in tea cups. Enjoy!

Milky Ghost

3cl Siegfried Gin
1,5cl Raspberry brandy (e.g. Schladerer)
2cl fresh Lemon Juice
1,5cl Milky Oolong syrup*
1 tbl spoon Yoghurt
8cl Tonic Topping (e.g. Fever Tree Mediterranean)

Shake all ingredients on ice and put in a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with tonic water.

* Preparation Milky Oolong syrup:
Brew Milky Oolong Tee, mix 1:1 with sugar until
sugar is fully dissolved. Let chill.

Bunny Rabbit

4,5cl Siegfried Gin
1cl Sugar syrup
2cl fresh Lemon Juice
6cl Carrot Juice
2 bar spoon Chartreuse (green)
Pinch of Salt

Alles auf Eis shaken und in ein gekühltes Glas abseihen.
Garnish ist optional, wir empfehlen Sellerie.

Gin Raisin Splash

4cl Siegfried Rheinland Dry Gin
1,5cl PX Sherry
1cl Dry Vermouth
1 Lump sugar
1-2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
6cl Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

4cl Earl Grey tea
2cl Agave syrup

Stir all ingredients on ice in a longdrink glass and
finish with a grapefruit zest.

50ml Siegfried Rheinland Dry Gin
15ml Honey syrup
20ml Fresh lemon juice
2 dash Absinth

Shake all ingredients on ice and strain in a cocktail glass.
Finish with a lemon zest.

2cl Dubonnet
1 barspoon Maraschino
2 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients on ice in a pre chilled glass and finish
with a lemon zest.

3cl Siegfried Gin
1,5cl Raspberry brandy (e.g. Schladerer)
3cl fresh Lemon Juice
2cl Sugar syrup
8cl Soda

Shake Raspberry brandy, Gin, Sugar and Lemon Juiceon on ice,
put in longdrink glass filled with ice cubes and top with soda.
Garnish (optional): Sage leaves
